Life after the 40 Hours: Everything but the Clients! March 2025

Mediation Writing & Business Course March 19th & 20th, 2025.  9am to 3pm each day.

Prerequisite: 40 Hour Domestic Mediation Training in Indiana

Held at the law office of Randall Cable located at 8780 Purdue Rd, Indianapolis

We will present options for setting up your mediation business, managing client information, drafting documents, and much more.  Documents that will be discussed include intake information & tracking, Mediator Agreement of Appearance, Mediated Settlement Agreements and the accompanying final documents required by the Court.  As part of this course, you will write a full set of documents that you can use as mediation templates. Because of the required individual work with each participant, this class is limited to 8 participants.
