Writing for your Mediation Clients. September 19th & 22nd, 2023

Mediation Writing Course September 19th & 22nd, 2023.  9  to 4  each day.

On September 19th, Kim will explain and show examples of the documents necessary to conduct a divorce or legal separation mediation.  The second day of instruction on September 22nd will include a review of the writing process, instruction on child support calculation, filing documents with the court, and FAQ.  During the intervening two days, participants will have an opportunity to write template documents and schedule an individual review with Kim.  

Prerequisite: 40 Hour Domestic Mediation Training in Indiana

Held at Nexus Impact Center at 9511 Angola Court, Indianapolis, Indiana 46268

Documents that will be discussed include intake & tracking checklists, Mediator Appearance, Agreements and the accompanying final documents required by the Court.  At the end of this course, participants will have a full set of documents written by themselves that can be filed with the court.  Because of the required individual work with each participant, this class is limited to 8 participants.
