Mediation Writing Course April 12th and 14th, 2023

Mediation Writing Course April 12th and 14th, 2023.  9am to 4pm each day.

This two day writing course will explain the documents necessary to conduct a divorce or legal separation mediation and file the final documents with the court.  

Prerequisite: 40 Hour Domestic Mediation Training in Indiana

Held at Nexus Impact Center at 9511 Angola Court, Indianapolis, Indiana 46268

Documents which will be discussed will include intake information & tracking, Mediator Appearance, Agreements and the accompanying final documents required by the Court, and more.  At the end of this course, you will have a full set of documents written by you that you can use as mediation forms and file with the court.  Because of the required individual work with each participant, this class is limited to 8 participants.
